6 months agoCame here for lunch wanting the curry chicken but it was sold out! So, I ended up with the jerk chicken. It was very tender, smoked and spicy, but many pieces were mostly bone and skin. I really didn't get any thicker meaty pieces. And, it only came with a single plantain. Everything was pretty good, but I wish I got more actual protein in my meal. The Jamaican beef patty tasted like it was warmed up over the BBQ? It gave it a very dry and tough pastry exterior. Pieces of it were either crumbled to bits or just very hard. Not my favorite JBP experience.

7 months agoFirst let's start with the service this guy love's his job and is friendly and happy to help you in any way possible. Now the food the ox tail was falling of the bone with flavor you can only dream of. On to the jerk chicken GOD forget about it 🤌🏻🤌🏻. Smokey and spicy makes you wish you gotten more Same with the beef patties. Now on to the sides for me I'm picky with rice it has to be done just right with the right amount of seasonings and this place was dead on with that I didn't have to add nothing to anything that I got. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed in any why

a year agoThe entire meal was fire! I ordered the oxtail and brown stew chicken combo and it was amazing! I was in town for a conference and happened upon this place. Please try if you’re in the area and you like Caribbean cuisine. The prices were great and the customer service was also.

a year agoI came across Presha’s Odyssey by chance and it is a true delight! Drive too fast and you’ll miss the best Jamaican island cuisine lake county has to offer. From lunch specials to dinner plates the value by portion can’t be beat. It’s now my regular lunch spot! Curry chicken lunch special is my favorite with a side of plantian! YUM!

a year agoThis is my new favorite place! Delicious, authentic Caribbean flavors, and a large portion of food. Friendly service and our meals came out so fast! We had the jerk chicken, the stew chicken, and a beef patty. The spice was amazing, the chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and the rice and cabbage were soft and balanced the meal nicely. The beef patty had such a deliciously warm spice, and the plantain was perfect! I can’t wait to come back for more! If you’re looking for full-flavored Caribbean cuisine, you’ve found the right place!

2 years agoMy goodness! This is the best Jamaican restaurant in Lake county! Ive tried so many places before i came here and non of them came close to the quality and quantity of food that you will receive when you come here. I have to stop myself from coming here because i would be dead broke. The prices are more than reasonable. My favorite is the jerk chicken. I never had jerk sauce taste so good.
